Policies

  • Never allow a candle to burn longer than 3-4 hours ar one time. When you let a candle burn for a LONG period, a large wax pool develops thus promoting many problems.
  • Always trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting. After trimming the wick, remove all wick deposit from candle before lighting or re-lighting
  • Do NOT burn the candle in a drafty area (under fans, by an open window, under A/C vent, heavy foot traffic area, etc.)
  • Keep children and pets away from a burning flame. Keep foreign objects (fingers, matches, etc.) out of wax pool.
  • Extinguish the flame when wax level is 1/4" from bottom of container
  • Always keep your wick in the center of the container. If the candle has multiple wicks, be sure to keep the wicks an even distance apart. As your candle burns down the wick anchor has a tenancy to float. Make sure the wick anchor stays either centered, or is double wicked, an even distance apart. You DO NOT want your wick too close to the side of the container.
